Each order is prepared and packaged with love and care. We have a processing time of 5-7 business days. We always do our best to get your order out the door and safely to you as soon as possible.
We use USPS First Class or Priority Mail to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible. This is generally within 2-5 business days of shipping. You'll receive an email with tracking information after you place your order. During the holiday season, shipping timelines may be longer.
If any delays or issues during transit do occur, please reach out to USPS directly. We are not responsible for any changes to shipping timelines once we ship your order. You can file any claims at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
We aim to make shipping costs as simple and transparent as possible. Our products are categorized as Small, Medium, or Large based on size and weight, and a standard shipping rate is applied to each category. Shipping costs are displayed during the check out process.
If you are purchasing multiple items, you will not be charged shipping for each one. The flat rate shipping for the largest item will be applied to your whole order.
At the time, we are not accepting custom orders.
Each item we create is unique and one-of-a-kind, so for this reason we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please do reach out via email to sunkissedpours@gmail.com.
